Deliveries of data carriers - disks Deliveries of data carriers - discs. 1. Proceedings conducted to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of data carriers. 2. It is allowed to submit partial offers divided into 2 tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Delivery of media data: disks; 2) Task No. 2 - Deliveries of data carriers: discs. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 5A-5B and Chapter XIX SWZ and Chapter XIX/XIX SWZ (as appropriate to the task). 4. The Ordering Party requires indication in the Price Form Manufacturer, type/model/version or other data clearly identifying the offered product range. If the offer does not include data clearly identifying the offered product range, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 Act. The name "Manufacturer" should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered assortment is sold or of the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 5. The contractor will be obliged to provide at least: 24-month warranty and guarantee for the delivered assortment, counted from the date of signing the quantitative delivery acceptance report by the Parties without any comments. 6. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence along with the offer. 7. The Ordering Party allows for entrusting the execution of parts Subcontractor's orders. 8. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer the parts of the order whose performance will be entrusted to Subcontractors and provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 9.
