The public procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 et seq. of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as "Pzp". Proceedings with a contract value above the EU thresholds specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new computer sets as an implementation of the application to the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan - KPO No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0198/25.
