Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of cleaning products in accordance with the description of the subject of the order included in the assortment and price form, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract.2. Subject of the order and method execution of the order include the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes). 3. Pursuant to Article 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019. Public procurement law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right. The ordering party will specify the basic level orders, which can be expanded by increasing the quantity of the assortment to the maximum quantity specified in the table of the assortment and price form in the column designated for this purpose (quantity option). The Ordering Party stipulates that deliveries covered by the option right must be made on conditions specified in detail in the draft provisions of the contract.4.
