1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 acoustic cabin for the Gdańsk University of Technology for the implementation of the Academic Compass Project: Drop-out Prevention Mechanism at the Gdańsk University of Technology, co-financed by the European Union from funds European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development program, co-financing agreement number FERS.01.05-IP.08-0062/25-002. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.4. Delivery of the subject of the order includes transport, securing, unloading, carrying and assembly by the Contractor to the place previously agreed with the Ordering Party.5. Performer declares that the subject of the contract is brand new, without previous use, not ex-exhibition, technically functional, free from legal and physical defects, and is not subject to third party rights.6.
