Request for proposals are invited for Deliver Capacity Development Training to Local Governments in the Target Cities
environmental risks disadvantaged populations South-East Asia by addressing inadequate water supply, sanitation, climate change impacts small medium-sized towns Cambodia Laos. As part the project, Outcome 3 focuses strengthening institutional staff capacities target cities planning water-sensitive climate-resilient urban development.
The is funded by German Federal Ministry Economic and Cooperation (BMZ) a duration between 2023 - 2025. The underlying consultancy aims be completed within year 2024.
The consultant/firm expected deliver:
1. Reviewed Training Materials: Finalized training materials Khmer, aligned the English version.
2. Training Report: A comprehensive report each city-s training sessions, including participant feedback overall evaluation.
Competence Requirements and Team Composition:
The consulting team possess:
1. Team Composition: A minimum two team members, the flexibility introduce additional members needed.
2. Expertise: Proven expertise urban development, climate resilience, capacity building, a strong understanding the Cambodian context.
3. Experience: A successful track record similar assignments within Cambodia, particularly the sub-national level, essential.
Note on Costs: BORDA cover venue, refreshments, participant-related expenses the training workshops. The consultant responsible their own travel, accommodation, meals, any other personal costs
