Description : This project involves the sourcing-out through contract the services of a surveyor. The surveyor will precisely define and mark the boundaries of the fourteen (14) - kilometer easement areas along San Juan River in the Cities of Tanauan and Sto. Tomas in Batangas Province. It involves the use of various surveying techniques such as GPS, total stations, and drones to accurately measure and map out the designated zone. The surveyor will also set up physical markers using PVC markers to serve as visible points of reference on the ground and mapping of settlers and structures within the identified river easement. The execution of the project will take four (4) and half (1/2) months from the second (2nd) and third (3rd) quarter of CY 2024.

SCOPE OF UNDERTAKING

With the guidance of DMC 2010-13 (Adoption of the Manual on Land Survey Procedures), the Surveyor shall have the following obligations:
