Services for the transportation of a delegation of children, accompanying persons and representatives of the Ukrainian Football Association from Lviv (Main Railway Station) to DORMERO HoHo Wien (Janis-Joplin-Promenade 26, 1220 Vienna, Austria) with subsequent return to Kyiv (Ukraine). Transfer (bus) for a delegation of children, chaperones and employees of the UAF to participate in a football camp to support the children of the finalists of all-Ukrainian competitions with a subsequent return to the city of Kyiv (Ukraine) from August 22 to August 30, 2026 inclusive. The total number of participants in the delegation is approximately 30 people (24 children aged 12 + 6 adults). The transportation must be carried out without a night stop of the group, ensuring the continuity of the bus movement due to the organization of a changing crew in accordance with requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006. August 22, 2026 (approximately 7:00 a.m.) - departure of the delegation from Kyiv (Football House at 7-a Laboratory Lane, Kyiv). August 23, 2026 - arrival at DORMERO HoHo Wien (Janis-Joplin-Promenade 26, 1220 Vienna, Austria) in the city of Vienna (Austria) after 12:00. The period of the group's stay: from August 23 to August 29, 2026. August 29, 2026 - departure in the morning from Vienna (Austria) to Kyiv (Ukraine), arriving in Ukraine approximately on the morning of August 30, 2026. Bus and crew must be at the disposal of the group during the entire period of stay in Austria.
