Description of services: - Delegation of the public service of agricultural irrigation and raw water supply on the leasing perimeter corresponding to production, conveyance and distribution on 14municipalities of Guadeloupe for a period of 05 years from July 1, 2024, by application of articles L1212-3 and R.3126-1 of the public procurement code. Management of the delegated service including operation, including maintenance and monitoring installations, carrying out workvalues ​​charged to the Concessionaire by this contract or its subsequent amendments, as well as the management of purchases and sales of wholesale water and the management of relations with users of the service throughout the duration of this contract.
