the consultation is launched by the city of saint-tropez to entrust, by contract of affermage, the exploitation and the management of the snack bar of tennis club pierre philippotla town of saint-tropez puts at the disposal of the farmer a club house including: - a large dining room and a friendly space140 m2 equipped with 25 tables and 100 chairs, 2 televisions, a tuner, - a kitchen of 10 m2 equipped with a gas piano, 1 hood, 1 fryer, 1 oven, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 2 tables stainless steel, 2 stainless steel shelves, - a sink of 5 m2 equipped with a glass washer, 1 sink, 2 stainless steel tables - two stainless steel cabinets on the outside, - a terrace of approximately 50 m2 adjoining the local restaurant, with 15 tables, 32 armchairs, 9 poufs and 5 small coffee tables - two reserves inous-solles periods, days and opening hours of the snack bar to the public are defined in the specifications. All characteristics of the concession are mentioned in the specifications and draft concession contract.activites authorized by the operation: bar: sale of treats, ice cream, hot or cold drinks (mineral waters, syrups, sodas, fruit juice, beers, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and full breakfast with pastries ...) fast food: dish ofu day, steak fries, fries, salads, desserts ... Snack: fries trays, sandwiches, pan bagnat, hot dog, croque-monsieur, pizza, hamburgers, quiches, paninis, pies ... Essential modalities of financing and payment: the successful operator will pay the city a fixed annual fee and an annual variable fee (% derives from the operating results of the tennis club snack bar).
