Tender Details

Delegation of public service in the form of a lease, for the management of the early childhood service in Charbonnières-les-Bains, including an ECEC with 42 places and a kindergarten with 21 places. The contract is concluded for an initial period of two years and half, or 30 months, from March 1, 2027 to August 31, 2029. Then the contract will be renewable twice for a period of one year, from September 1, 2029 to August 31, 2030 then from September 1, 2030 to August 31, 2031. The total potential duration of the contract is therefore four and a half years, or 54 months. The municipality may waive the renewal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt received by the delegatee no later than February 28 of the year of the renewal concerned.
