The purpose of this consultation is to entrust the exploitation of the public drinking water service of the community of Giennese communes.
The legal framework retained by the Community Council is that of the concession in the form of a delegation of public service, defined in article L.1121-3 of the codeof public procurement.
The exploitation of these services includes:
- drinking water production, management of the recovery service, storage, transport and distribution of drinking water for residents located on community territory except for the reel on EXPLIN;
- Operation, Maintenance, monitoring, repairs for all works in the drinking water service made available by the community;
- Maintenance, repairs and compliance control of the public network;
- Detection, correction of networks anomalies, Localized dysfunctions of the service, and the verification of the network by all appropriate means;
- The renewal of equipment, at minimum identical, on all of the works entrusted;
- The realization of the work defined by the contract;
- Relations with service users, In collaboration with the Sanitation Service for invoicing;
- The management of unpaids
