Tender Details

Sector 4 of the Municipality of Bucharest is in an accelerated process of urban, economic and social development, and population growth and territorial limitation require adapted measures to ensure the needs of public sanitation and snow removal in order to maintain a normal standardl of life.

By the phrase "sanitation service management delegation contract" in the sense of the provisions of this documentation is meant any of the forms covered by the public procurement contract/concession of works/services, or the specific instruments and techniques for assigning cpublic procurement contracts established in accordance with the legislation in force in the field of public procurement/concessions, in accordance with the specific information provided in the procurement data sheet.

The contract is understood as being a mixed one, in the sense of art. 34 para. (4) from Lewindow no. 98/2016 and mainly concerns the delegation of the management of the public service generically named street sanitation and snow removal for Sector 4 of the Municipality of Bucharest, according to the descriptions in the specifications;

The awarding procedure is an open online auction, and it will be completedby concluding a delegation contract with a duration of 5 years.

The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days. Clarifications requested after this deadline will no longer be taken into account.
