Lot 1 - technical direction and administration Lot 2 - production monitoring and administration Lot n°3 | technical management and administration This consultation will result in the conclusion of a framework agreement made up of three single-award lots which will be executed partly by the issuance of purchase orders and partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R2162-2 to R. 2162-6, R2162-7 to R2162-9, R2162-13 and R216-14 of the CCP. The project aims to delegate the technical production of works in public spaces created as part of the Le Soleil ligérien project, included in the Bourges 2028 program - European Capital of Culture This lot brings together perennial, semi-permanent and temporary works presenting a high technical, regulatory and operational complexity. The projects take place in sensitive heritage, natural or landscape contexts and require confirmed expertise in technical direction of artistic projects in public space. The artists associated with this lot are developing ambitious projects requiring reinforced technical support, from feasibility studies to the manufacturing, installation, maintenance and, where applicable, dismantling phases. The Holder must be able to translate artistic intentions into operational technical solutions adapted to the constraints of the sites.
