Delegated Project Management: Massification of rehabilitations of 7 lessors The purpose of the contract, in application of Book IV of Part 2 of the Public Procurement Code, is to entrust to a third party (delegated project owner) the representation of the owners of works constituted as a group for the accomplishment in their names and on their behalf of all the necessary legal acts, within the limits of the attributions of the project management defined below, with a view to having the works carried out for which the program is described below. The contract concerns a Delegated Project Management Mission (MOD) for the conduct of a massive rehabilitation program bringing together: •7 Hlm organizations mentioned above •22 residences (609 housing units) The mission covers all operational phases: preparatory phase, studies, market preparation, work monitoring, reception as well as the management of financial flows associated with the program. Nature and scope of the missions to be carried out by the delegated project owner : the successful candidate will be entrusted with responsibilities, the content of which will be specified in the specifications and its annex.
