Tender are invited for Construction of new terminal. Provide Approx. 16, 000 SF of floor area including partial second floor mezzanine. Construction with steel structural frame and concrete foundations. Baggage handling systems are included within the terminal building along with special airport security and communication systems. Concrete walkways. Construction of new aircraft apron including Site work, utilities and pavement, drainage, tie downs and ramp. Construction of new parking lot and landscaping. Site work, utilities, curb and gutter, lighting, pavement and striping 3. Landscaping within parking lot, road and terminal areas in entrance signage 4. ESHA Fence.
