Definition of the public procurement demand: The City of Siófok On the basis of a long-term cooperation agreement between the municipality and the University of Debrecen established in 2024, the building complex located at 1 Petőfi sétány was used by the University of Debrecen as a public service for higher education purposes. Present the purpose of the investment is to renovate the student dormitory and conference wings of the building complex located at 1 Petőfi sétány, Siófok, as well as the external areas, as a result of which the building will become suitable for the university's many economic, technical, tourist and to hold conferences and trainings related to the field of health, and in connection with this, provide accommodation for students. Planned design: This investment only affects the Student Hostel and the Conference Wing and the external areas. Student dormitory: In terms of the entire building complex, the west wing of the building consists of 4 levels (basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor), with stairwells located at its two longitudinal ends. A significant part of the existing rooms on each level will be reorganized: 100 people they create a room that is sufficient to accommodate them and meets the needs of today.
