PHNSY & IMF requires a qualified Contractor to provide ten (10) each temporary Air Conditioning (AC) Units and services to deliver, maintain, and retrieve. The contractor shall provide 2 units totaling a minimum cooling capacity of 25 Tons, and 8 additional units. The government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract. The tentative Period of Performance (PoP) for this service is 01-DEC-2025 - 30 JUN 2026 (2 units will be rented from 01 DEC 2025- 30 APR 2026, and 8 units will be rented from 09 DEC 2025 - 08 JUN 2026.)
