The Diadi Emergency Hospital (DEH) had requested for the Procurement of Supply, Delivery & Installation of Medical Equipment intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to (20% DF 2026, 1-07-05-110) to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
