Defence Member and Family Support (DMFS) is a national organisation providing a broad range of individual and program related services to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Community across Australia. DMFS delivers 24/7 support services through two primary business environments : 1. Defence Member and Family Helpline (DMFH) is a Canberra-based centralised intake service and provides first responses. 2. DMFS Area Offices (DREs) are located on or near major ADF establishments around Australia and provide a face-to-face environment to access support including Defence Social Workers (DSWs). The DMFH and DREs DSWs are staffed with a combination of APS and contracted personnel. DMFS is responsible for the management of the day to day operations and personnel of DMFH and DREs within Defence. This procurement activity is seeking to engage a single organisation to provide a supplementary DMFS workforce to support the operations in both the DMFH and DMFS Area Office business environments.
