Required Services 1. International Fine Art Freight The International Fine Art Freight requirements can include but are not limited to : • Door-to-door fine art freight services across one or multiple international countries • Object packing and crating services that meet international shipping standards and are appropriate for the transportation of fine art objects and/or exhibitions • International freight management services, including : o Handling import/export documentation, fees and services, terminal fees o Providing advice on additional specifications for international ports, airports, stations and other facilities, including all customs and quarantine requirements o Providing vehicle, shipping, and air freight load plans in advance of movements o Managing and facilitating any other international freight processes, fees and charges associated with the Customer-s freight requirements o Supervising the consignment during loading, transhipping and unloading, including airside and tarmac operations, and palletisation and de-palletisation o Communication, including via virtual courier instant messaging channels, with the Customer, its partners and venues, and relevant sub-contractors, during freight movements and to coordinate consignment delivery and uplift timing o Regular progress reports on consignment movements and immediate notification of any incidents o Manage and facilitate the travel of couriers, if required • Enclosed road fleet vehicles with appropriate p...
