The GTAA is seeking to retain the services of a qualified contractor specializing in utility locating services (the “Dedicated Locates Contractor” of “DLC”) with necessary expertise, qualifications, and resources to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of accurate and timely information regarding the location of buried utilities.Under the direction of the Construction Compliance & Permit Office (“CCPO”), the DLC will support and administer the GTAA-s Utility Damage Prevention Program, ensuring that locating services are carried out in accordance with applicable Airport requirements, policies and procedures.Additional details regarding the Services are set out in this RFP and the Form of Contract.
