1.The Local Government Unit of Santa Teresita, through LDRRMF intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 2, 400, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DECLOGGING OF GULASING RIVER (PALAGAO SECTION). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
