MAINTENANCE WORKS OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE OF ERETRIA (PHASE I) Declaration No. 1/2026 The object of the contract is the maintenance works of the monuments of the archaeological site of Eretria, which are included in the first phase of the project of unifying the monuments in the north of Isis Avenue and concern the monuments, Western Quarter (including the Western Gate), Temple of Dionysos, North Gymnasium, Sebastiou, Industrial Quarter, according to what is described in the conservation study. The services provided are classified in the following codes of the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 92522000-6 Maintenance services of historic sites and buildings. The award of the contract in the form of separate parts is not possible due to the nature of the project, which constitutes a single entity with a single aesthetic style. The estimated value of the contract amounts to €201, 612.90 excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: €250, 000.00). The duration of the contract is set at 18 months. Analytical a description of the physical and financial object of the contract is given in APPENDIX I of this announcement.
