The subject of this tender is services that will be provided under an IRU (Indefeasible Right of Use) contract that include: a) the servicesof optical fiber links for the creation of the terrestrial optical network of the national quantum infrastructure network HellasQCI (during the first 6 months of the project), b) the granting of the right to use the above optical fiber links for fifteen (15) years as well as c) the maintenance servicesof the above fiber optic links for fifteen (15) years.
