Tender Details

This public order is a repeated announcement of Part 1 of the original procurement procedure entitled "Sunbeds for the Pálava Sanatorium". The contracting authority proceeded with the new announcement of this part after modification and changes to Annex No. 1 of the tendering conditions - Technical specifications. The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract, the subject of which is: 4.1. delivery: a) relaxing deckchair, b) examination couch, c) massage bed, d) therapeutic couch, e) sunbeds - Vojt's table (hereafter collectively as "goods"), 4.2. transport and packaged goods, 4.3. assembly including the connecting material of the goods, 4.4. staff training, 4.5. warranty service of delivered goods, 4.6. performance of safety and technical inspection (BTK) of goods during the warranty period. The contracting authority does not allow partial performance - the participant can submit a bid only for the entire subject of the public contract. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variants of the offer. The detailed expected scope of the subject of the public contract and the technical conditions are listed in Appendix No. 1 of the tender conditions - Technical specifications, in Annex No. 2 of the tender conditions - Price breakdown and in Annex No. 3 of the tender conditions - Draft purchase contract, which are an integral part of the tender conditions.
