Synopsis: The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure the Decade Resistor Box as calibration standards and ancillary equipment for Naval Air Systems Command Fleet Intermediate Calibration Activities, Fleet Training Activities and NAVAIR Metrology and Calibration Navy Calibration Laboratories. This procurement is being issued under solicitation N68335-20-R-0014 (formally N68335-19-R-0289) as a Request for Proposal for a single base contract with a one (1) year option period for additional quantities, resulting from a full and open competition between the sellers that can provide the exact brand name part number or equivalent. The resultant contract will be competitively awarded, on a firm-fixed price basis, to the responsible business that can provide the exact brand name part number or equivalent at the lowest total cost to the Government. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
