The aim is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for professional debt collection services, so that outstanding requirements are collected efficiently, securely and in accordance with the current regulations. Tenderers shall act on behalf of the contracting authority to debtors in accordance with the Debt Collection Act, the GDPR and ethical guidelines.
