Description :
City of Salisbury is seeking the Services of Suitably qualifief Debt Collectors that will recover debt onhalf of the Council, the Services must be effective and full rfecovery where possible of outstanding Council rates, sundry debtors and Rewater charges. The provsion of the services by the Consult shuld reduce the Council's collection costs while increasing the effectiveness and improving the overall results of Council in debt recovery.
The Consultant must demostrate a flexible approach to debt collection consistent with preserving Council's good relationship with ratepayers and avoiding any direct or indirect damage to Council's public image.
