Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to assist the Agency in the development, refinement, and implementation of a comprehensive Business Continuity/Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan.
