1. The object of this is the provision of maintenance, expansion and hosting services of the ADMIE-CIS Information System, which is provided by two coordinated subsystems, the IaaS subsystem (hosted in the infrastructure of the ADMIE-CIS Development Contractor) and the SaaS subsystem (provided by SAP in a European node of the SAP Cloud).
2. The object includes the following services/supplies:
Services:
-Undertaking expansion / modification of the existing one operation of the ADMIE-CIS (excluding the area of Human Resources Management, Payroll and Time Employment in which the need is maintained only to access its relevant data for the purposes of creating Reports),
-Maintenance/support of ADMIE-CIS for three (3) years.
•Software Licenses:
Supply of the necessary SAP Perpetual licenses and Maintenance (if new, additional licenses) & Annual Subscription for the IaaS & SaaS environments.
•Hospitality:
Continuation of the operation of ADMIE-CIS for three (3) years in an IaaS infrastructure chosen by the new Contractor, in the form of a corresponding time lease. The IaaS infrastructure should have at least a corresponding structure and the same or better performance as the existing infrastructure of ADMIE-CIS.
