DEA-526078_Providing services for planning, implementation and operation of a digital environment and the operational support of the transfer process of fixed interconnected Users of the ESMIE to the ADMIE The project concerns the provision of services for the design, implementation and operation of a digital environment and the operational support of the transfer process of permanent interconnected Users of ESMIE to ADMIE, for a period of twenty-four (24) months. In the context of the implementation of the project, the Contractor undertakes the integrated design, the implementation and operational support of a single digital environment for the management of the transfer cases of fixed assets of interconnected Users of the ESMIE to the ADMIE, as well as the parallel operational management, maturation and liquidation of the relevant pending matters. In particular, the project includes two distinct but complementary work streams: • on the one hand, the design, development and commissioning of an integrated digital environment for the management of asset transfer cases, the which will support the entire life cycle of asset transfer cases, ensuring structured registration, process progress monitoring, traceability and administrative oversight; • on the other hand, the active operational management and liquidation of up to one hundred and fifty (150) pending cases of old (already electrified) User connections, through coordinated collection actions, el...
