DEA-525149 The subject, in brief, includes the development, configuration, commissioning, as well as support and maintenance of the Information System for the planning of the outages (Outage Planning). More specifically the object includes the detailed design, development, installation and configuration, migration of existing data, commissioning and the necessary user training for the optimal programming software of isolations in the ESMIE network, which will meet the needs of ADMIE according to the functional and quality requirements, the design and service requirements.
