The object of this Declaration is the provision of DWDM Operation Support Services (DWDM Operation Support Services). In the framework of strengthening and empowering the NOC of ADMIE, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the DWDM network (DWDM Operation Support Services), GRID TELECOM is required to supply specialized DWDM operation support services from the Huawei equipment manufacturer DEA-525117-Providing DWDM operation support services (DWDM Operation Support Services) The budget of the object of the contract amounts to one million, seven hundred thousand euros (€1, 700, 000.00), including the right to extension, plus VAT and is analyzed as follows: • eight hundred and fifty thousand euros (€850, 000.00) for the provision of DWDM Operation Support Services (DWDM Operation Support Services), for a period of one (1) year, plus • Right of Option (Extension): ADMIE unilaterally reserves the right to extend the validity of the contract by up to one (1) additional year, with a corresponding increase in its physical and financial object, with the same conditions and unit prices, with a total estimated value of up to €850, 000.00 (100% of the budget), plus VAT.
