The City-s Roads Department is seeking quotations for the supply and delivery of anti-icing/de-icing liquid for use during the winter season. This product is a critical tool used by road maintenance crews to combat ice buildup, particularly on hills, bridges, and other high-risk areas throughout the city. In recent years, usage of the product, specifically Road Guard or equivalent, has increased significantly due to harsher winter conditions and the need for improved public safety.
Given the increased demand and the requirement for consistent supply throughout the winter months, which can see temperatures drop as low as -30°C, the City is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to identify a reliable supplier capable of providing a high-performance anti-icing/de-icing liquid suitable for extreme cold weather conditions.
