1.The Dupax District Hospital (DDH) had requested for the Procurement of ICT Supplies, etc. intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱259, 460.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to (TF-affiliation fee) to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
