This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of DDC System Upgrade & Air Valves Replacement at Sturdy Stone Centre Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, as further described in the Rated Criteria (Appendix A). The work consists of the supply and installation of all labour, materials, and equipment required to complete construction of a DDC System Upgrade at 8th floor and South of 9th floor, Sturdy Stone Centre Saskatoon as per drawings and specifications prepared by WSP Canada Inc.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. CST (Local Saskatchewan Time), Thursday, April 16, 2026. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Bidders are to assemble at the Main Floor, Sturdy Stone Centre 122 3rd Avenue Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
