The U.S. Army Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) has arequirement to procure one (1) Torque Gun Calibrator or equivalent to decreasecalibration downtime and increase turnaround time for multiple units. The equipmentshall be delivered to TMDE Support Center (TSC) Red River Army Depot atTexarkana, Tx. The Torque Gun Calibrator or equal to unit shall include thefollowing:
