Pohde is requesting an offer for the package required for the implementation of deep brain stimulation treatment (later DBS treatment). includes a DBS stimulator to be installed in the patient, patient electrodes and equipment necessary for installation, treatment planning and the software related to the implementation, as well as the patient's and the doctor's adjustment devices. The contract period is 4 years. The estimated total value of the acquisition for four years is approx. €1, 500, 000. The number of new installations per year is approx. 20. for the rest of his life and the hardware is not meant to be replaced unless it breaks. Brain electrodes and stimulators are device-related, and in cases where the electrodes placed in the patient impose requirements on the stimulator used, the agreement is valid for the time being due to the need for supplies to be available for the lifetime of the patient. The supplier undertakes to ensure the compatibility, availability and support of the stimulator, patient controller and treatment unit software for the lifetime of the patient or so as long as that device is in clinical use. In cases where the patient has a DBS stimulator from a previous contract period and its device-specific brain electrodes installed, the customer can also purchase contract products for consumables outside.
