27IP901 - 1 Design, Build and Maintain (DBM) market. Belgian Defense plans to launch a negotiated procedure with publicity in 2025 for the design, construction and maintenance (DBM) of a new military district in Charleroi. This military district will accommodate various Defense units. The project concerns the complete subdivision of the site of approximately 27 ha with, among other things, the following installations: • Connections to existing services (roads, energy, evacuations, adductions, etc.); • Infrastructure for administrative functions: offices, meeting rooms, changing rooms and cafeterias; • Training infrastructure: classrooms, outdoor and indoor training areas, simulation complex and indoor shooting range; • Infrastructure for the maintenance of military vehicles: workshops, handling and storage areas; • Garage and parking areas for military vehicles; • Medical and paramedical infrastructure in the form of a primary care center line and a crèche; • Housing, sports and Horeca facilities; • Parking areas for civilian vehicles; • Fences including security installations.
