The united states coast guard health, safety, and work-life service intends to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to casella solutions for the dbadge2 dosimeter apex 2 personal noise exposure meter. The flow detective calibration pairs directly with the apex 2 via bluetooth connectivity and is able to calibrate both low flow and normal ranges (20 ml/min to 5, 000 ml/min). Calibration data can be tracked in real time via airwave app including environmental and optional location data in addition to sample info. The flow detective includes pulsation detection, which ensures pumps operate in a steady flow with limited pulsations. The apex2 pump includes real-time data logging capabilities, motion sensing, and utilizes airwave app/software to remotely monitor multiple pumps.
