INVITATION TO BID



The Quezon City Government invites contractors to participate in the bidding for the following projects;

Interested contractors or its duly authorized representative must submit a Letter of Intent for each specific project to be bid, its Phil-GEPS Order Form (DRL) and/or its application for eligibility and latest Class A documents as required in the QC-BAC-Infra registration application form or update documents of registered contractors on the scheduled dates for Receipt of LOI-s stated hereunder.



Bidding documents shall be issued only to those contractors with valid QC-BAC-Infra registration and upon payment of non-refundable amount as follows:



1. Projects above P50 Million P50, 000.00

The Quezon City Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids without offering any reason, to waive any formality or technicality, and to award to any bidder whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Q.C. Government. The Q.C. Government neither assumes any obligation whatsoever to compensate and indemnify Bidders for any loss or expense incurred in the preparation of their respective bids, nor does the Q.C. Government guarantee that an award will be made.
