DTI and Day Rehabilitation Services will focus on preventing hospitalization and supporting recovery in a community setting through the use of half- or full-day DTI or Day Rehabilitation Services. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements set forth within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
