The purpose of the public procurement procedure is to provide the hand tools, consumables, and training required for surgical procedures performed by the National Institute of Oncology using the daVinci robots used for surgical procedures (currently the surgical robots used by the contracting authority: Type X, Xi.) as stated in the technical description and draft contracts. AK the procedure in the Criminal Procedure Code. It is conducted as a conditional public procurement procedure according to § 53, paragraph (5). The verification of the documents of the procedure by OKFŐ and BM is in progress at the time of initiation of the procedure. If it is after the end of the bid deadline, OKFŐ sends a non-supportive resolution to AK, AK reserves the right to declare the procedure ineffective based on this. This is the acquisition of devices and services that are technically compatible in all respects with the currently existing equipment subject of purchase. The professional consumables, hand tools, and services required for gynecological, urological, thoracic, neck-head and abdominal surgical interventions performed with surgical robots cannot be replaced with products from other manufacturers.
