Stavanger municipality wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for consultancy services related to further development and use of the municipality's data lake, with an option for general development and integration services. In Stavanger municipality's digitization strategy (adopted 2022), the municipality has targets for active digitization in the municipality's service development. To achieve this, the municipality must be technologically advanced and we must be at the forefront in areas which are important to the municipality. We will also make use of our own data. The municipality's digitization strategy also aims for the municipality to collaborate on digitization; by collaborating with partners, and working together to seek economies of scale where rational.
