This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24826Q0723.
Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_ 2026-01 / 03-13-2026. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a Size Standard of $16.5 Million, applies to this procurement.
Bruce W. Carter, Miami VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with (5) One Year Ordering Periods. This contract is for Data and Voice Cable Installation Service.
This procurement is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes.
