This contract is a Framework Order Agreement with a minimum amount and a maximum amount. The services included in the scope of the contract are described below: Minimum Amount Benefits: •Recurring services of local gestures in Datacenter in working hours for a duration of 36 months. Maximum Amount Benefits: •Minimum Amount Benefits •An initialization service lasting 1 month; •Recurring services of proximity gestures in Datacenter in hours working periods of a maximum additional duration of 36 months maximum; •On-call services in Datacenters for a maximum duration of 72 months; •Fee-for-service support services during on-call services in Datacenters for a maximum of 400 occurrences over the duration of the market; •Associated services on the computer site for a maximum of 940 man-days over the duration of the contract; •Equipment movement services between IT sites for a maximum of 600 pieces of equipment on the duration of the market; •A reversibility service to a third party or to RATP for a period of 3 months.
