Tender Details
This is a notice of intent to award an urgent & compelling contract using the simplified acquisition procedures of far part 13 to procure relocation services for database racks and installation at new location. The government intends to award an urgent and compelling contract for the above services to the firm of clark mechanical, llc; 30537 potomac way., suite 103, charlotte hall, md. 20622-3180. Proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of far 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Duration: the contract is for a period of performance from 26-july-2019 to 25-august-2020. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. For specific questions, please contact cheron r.
