The subject of the order is the Internet access service with a backup connection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for a period of 24 months, for the Ordering Party's location - the Health Care Complex in Kobuck, based on operator services or, the detailed scope, conditions and specifications of which can be found in Annex 1A, 1B, 1, C, 1D to SWZ, i.e.: Annex No. 1 A - Description of the subject of the order Annex No. 1 B - List of the Ordering Party's locations along with types and parameters or Annex No. 1 C - Detailed specification solutions for the main locationAppendix No. 1 D - Detailed specification of the solution for remote locationsThe contractor will be obliged to perform all installation, implementation and configuration works of the entire system by September 1, 2026 year, which will be confirmed each time with a partial acceptance protocol for a given location, the final protocol must be signed by September 8, 2026, which will constitute confirmation of the implementation and launch of the entire system in all locations.
