Tender Details

The subject of the order is a data transmission service. Pursuant to point 7 Terms of Order Specification (SWZ): Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure regarding technical or technical capacity may apply for the contract professional. The contractor will meet the condition if it proves that in the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of running the business is shorter - during this period, it has performed, and in the case of recurring or continuous services also performs, at least two services, each of which met the minimum requirements: 7.1. the subject of the service was/is data transmission; 7.2. the scope of the service concerned/applies to the IP VPN network infrastructure; 7.3. the service concerned/concerns 200 geographically distinct locations; 7.4. the service was/is provided continuously for a period of 12 months; 7.5. the value of the service was/is PLN 2, 000, 000.00 gross for a period of 12 months. In the case of services still provided, the value of each service it must concern the part that has already been performed, and not the whole, including the future scope of the service that has not been performed. In the case of services still performed, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of each of these services be provided at least to the extent required for demonstrating compliance with the condition for participation in the proceedings.
