Data security behavior-based training and testing services The Tampere University Foundation sr. (later Procurement Unit) wants to strengthen the information security skills of its staff and students and reduce the risks related to the organization's human activities information security risks. A special focus is on the identification, reporting and prevention of threats related to social manipulation, such as phishing and phishing messages. The object of this acquisition is information security behavior-based training and a testing service that combines fishing simulations, user-specific training, automation, and reporting describing the development of effectiveness and risk. The acquisition does not apply to individual, one-time trainings or only static ones online course content, but a continuous service package where training, testing and monitoring form an integrated whole. The service must be suitable for a wide range of users and support an automated operating model as far as possible, which minimizes the procurement unit's administrative burden.
